Introduction

Hi, I'm Dan Gandee. I am 14 years old. I started playing the bass guitar over a year ago, and I love it. This blog is for people who want to get started on the bass. I will show you everything I know on the bass, and what I'm learning. If you do not have a bass guitar, go ahead and buy one of of www.musiciansfriend.com, or any other website that sells guitars and accessories. What I think is good for beginner bassists is the starter pack. It will include a bass, amp, gig bag (maybe a hardshell case), strap, picks (you don't have to use a pick on a bass), tuner, and a getting started on base DVD. If you practice and practice every day, you will get better. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.
